Returns Policy

As part of our goal, we aim for our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases, but we understand that sometimes an item may need to be returned due to certain circumstances. Please read out the policy below and follow the instructions carefully to ensure a smooth return process.
When contacting our staff please do so in a respectful and professional manner, and we will do our best to resolve any issues that you may have to your satisfaction.
Returns Policy Criteria
In order to be eligible for a return:
- All items/good must be in their original packages with all their ticketing and tags attached
- Your items/goods must be unused and be in the same condition that you received them as
- You must be within 30 days from the date of your purchase. For any period of time that is after 30 days of your purchase, you will be ineligible for a return.
Return Process for Eligible Items
To start a return via email, please contact us through the email at support-bt@bikeontrack.com.au with your order number and reason for return. If your return has been accepted, you will then receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for customers who wish to adjust the size of their item. If you wish to exchange your order, please contact support-bt@bikeontrack.com.au with your order number and new size you are wishing to exchange for. If your exchange has been accepted, you will then receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
Disclaimer
- You will be responsible to pay for your own shipping cost for returning your item (if it occurs).
- Shipping labels that are provided are only valid for a limited amount of time. With each offical returns email we will specify a date for the items to be returned by. Any time after the specified date, you will no longer be eligible for a full refund.
