The bib shorts are constructed with a supportive and comfortable gel pad and the straps are made from breathable mesh to keep the rider cool and dry. Overall this set is perfect for road cycling, mountain biking or with any other high–intensity activity where comfort and performance are a priority.

Refund Policy

We at Bike On Track have a 30–day refund policy. From the date of purchase, you will be eligible for a refund within 30 days. However, for any period of time that is after the 30 days of your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange.  
Full Refunds
  • Only available for defective products 
  • Please keep in mind that it will take 1 - 4 business days for you to receive your refund via your original payment method. 

Partial refunds (Order cancellation):

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. To notify us of your cancellation please send us an email at support-bt@bikeontrack.com.au as soon as possible. 
  • Upon cancelling your order you will receive a partial refund to your original payment method
  • You will be charged for a 10% cancellation fee. This means that only 90% of the purchase price of the item will be refunded.

Partial Refunds (Change of mind orders):

  • Item must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • The item must not have been used or damaged
  • Please note that refunds for change of mind orders are subjected to a 25% restocking fee. This means that only 75% of the purchase price of the item will be refunded. 

Exchanges:

Exchanges are available for customers who wish to adjust the size of their item. If you wish to exchange your order, please contact support-bt@bikeontrack.com.au with your order number and new size you are wishing to exchange for.

Return Policy

In order to be eligible for a return:

  • All items/good must be in their original packages with all their ticketing and tags attached
  • Your items/goods must be unused and be in the same condition that you received them as
  • You must be within 30 days from the date of your purchase. For any period of time that is after 30 days of your purchase, you will be ineligible for a return.
  • Please note that we do accept returns for items that are too big or too small. However, we do not offer exchanges. Instead, we suggest for you to place a new order for the item(s) you wish to purchase again.
